Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro 6GB RAM, 64GB storage variant launched in India

Until now the Redmi Note 7 Pro was available in only two variants - 4GB RAM with 64GB storage priced at Rs 13,999 and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at Rs 16,999.

Xiaomi has today launched a new variant of the Redmi Note 7 Pro in India with 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The new variant of the phone is priced at Rs 15,999 and it will be available for purchase tomorrow at 12 P.M on Mi.com and Flipkart.

The launch of the new variant has been announced by the Redmi India Twitter account. To recall, Xiaomi launched Redmi Note 7 Pro along with Redmi Note 7 in India in February this year. Until now the Redmi Note 7 Pro was available in only two variants – 4GB RAM with 64GB storage priced at Rs 13,999 and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at Rs 16,999.

The launch offers on the phone include up to 1,120GB of data along with unlimited voice calling benefits specifically for Airtel customers. There are also double data benefits for Reliance Jio users on prepaid recharges of Rs 198 and above.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro features a 6.3-inch full display with a 2340 x 1080 pixel resolution along with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a waterdrop notch. The phone has 6GB RAM with 64GB storage and expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 octa-core with Adreno 612 GPU.

The smartphone is equipped with a dual rear camera with a 48-megapixel primary sensor with Flash, f/1.79 aperture, Sony IMX586 sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. For the front, it has 13-megapixel camera for selfies. The Redmi Note 7 Pro runs 9 Pie with MIUI 10 and is fueled by 4000mAh battery with support for Quick charge 4.0.

It also comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back. The connectivity features are VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 /5GHz) 5, + GLONASS, Type-C. The phone measures 159.2 x 75.2 x 8.1 mm and it weighs 186 grams.
