The Redmi Note 6 Pro smartphone surfaced in a Giztop listing yesterday revealing the specifications of the phone. Now a hands-on video of Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has surfaced on YouTube which reveals the design and specifications of the smartphone. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro will be the successor of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro which was launched in India at starting price of Rs 14,999.
A YouTuber,VideoWaliSarkar on his channel has uploaded a video of Redmi Note 6 Pro which gives us an overview of the design of the handset by showing multiple angles. The design seems somewhat same as Redmi Note 5 Pro except for the front. There is a vertically-aligned dual-camera setup at the rear and the fingerprint scanner is also placed on the rear side. The front side of the phone shows that the Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with a notched display.
Apart from showing the design element of the smartphone, the video also confirms the key specifications of the Redmi Note 6 Pro. The smartphone will feature a 6.26-inch notched display with 1080 x 2280 Full HD+ resolution display and a 19:9 aspect ratio. The Redmi Note 6 Pro will be armed by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 octa-core processor. The hands-on video confirms the smartphone will come in two variants – 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage.
For the camera, Redmi Note 6 Pro will be equipped with quad cameras. There will be dual rear cameras of 12-megapixel with Pixel size of 1.4micron and 5-megapixel secondary sensor. For the front, it will have dual cameras with a combination of 20-megapixel and 2-megapixel dual cameras.
The smartphone will run MIUI 10 based on Android 8.1 Oreo and backed up by a 4000mAh battery under the hood. It is expected to launch in Black, Blue, Gold, Rose Gold, and Red colour variants.
Earlier, famous tipster Roland Quandt revealed that it will be sold in 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage and 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage models. As per him, the smartphone is expected to be priced between 200 – 250 euros which is approx. Rs 16,500 – Rs 21,000.
As of now, the company has not announced anything for the launch of the Redmi Note 6 Pro. Meanwhile, Xiaomi is expected to launch the Mi Max 3 soon in India.
