Earlier we told you that Xiaomi is all set to launch the much-awaited Redmi Note 4X on Valentine’s day aka February 14 and now a new variant of the device has been spotted on the Chinese regulatory agency, TENAA.
As spotted by GizmoChina, the device is touted to come with 2.0GHz octa-core Processor which is none other than Qualcomm Snapdragon 625. The smartphone was previously rumoured to come with a deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor. However, the 4GB RAM is still on cards, if we go by the report. Not to forgot that the company recently launched Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 with the above-mentioned processor in India as well and it seems that the company is opting for the same processor for this one as well.

To recall, the mid-range smartphone was certified by TENAA in December last year. As per the TENAA listing, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X will sport a 5.5-inch full HD display with a screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. It further reveals that the smartphone will come in 2GB/3GB/4GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB/64GB of internal storage options. There will be an option to expand the storage up to 32GB via microSD card.
On the camera front, the listing does not reveal about the cameras but is it expected the device will boast a 13-megapixel rear camera along with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The device also features a fingerprint scanner embedded in the physical home button on the rear.
The Redmi Note 4x will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and will be backed by a 4000mAh battery. Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 4G-LTE with VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, Infrared, GPS/A-GPS and a micro USB. The phone is 151 mm tall, 76.3mm wide and 8.54mm thin and it weighs 176.54 grams. Further, the smartphone will com in Gold, Silver and Gray colour versions.
