Xiaomi has today announced the launch of new range of products during a launch event in India. The company has introduced Mi TV 4X series, new colour variant of Mi Soundbar, Mi Band 4 and Mi Smart Water Purifier.
The Mi TV 4X comes with a price tag of Rs 54,999, while the Mi TV 4X 50-inch Smart TV is priced at Rs 29,999. The Mi TV 4X 43-inch is priced at Rs 24,999. The Mi TV 4X 65-inch and Mi TV 4X 43-inch will be available for purchase from Flipkart, while the 50-inch will be available from Amazon. The company has also introduced Mi TV 4X 40-inch at Rs 17,999. The Smart TVs will be available for purchase from September 29, 2019.
The company has introduced a black variant of Mi Soundbar for Rs 4,999 during the event. The Smart Water Purifier comes with a price tag of Rs 11,999 and it will be available for purchase from Flipkart and Mi Home stores starting September 29, 2019. Lastly, the Mi Band 4 comes is priced at Rs 2,299.
The Mi TV 4X 65-inch, 50-inch and 43-inch models features 4K UHD display with a screen resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, while the 40-inch model comes with Full HD display. To start with the flagship 65-inch model, it comes with a premium design language and it is loaded with a 65-inch 4K UHD display with a screen resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels along with 10-bit HDR panel.
The Smart TVs comes with Vivid Picture Engine, which provides enhances brightness, contrast, clarity and colour for every scene. The Mi TV 4X 65-inch is loaded with Reality Flow Engine, which increase the 24 FPS content to 60 fps for smooth visuals.
For audio, it is loaded with 20W stereo speakers and it supports Dolby Audio, DTS HD. The Smart TV runs on PatchWall 2.0 and it comes with support for Netflix and there is Data Saver mode, which is first in Google-certified Android TVs. The Smart TV is powered by a quad-core A55 Processor along with other connectivity options.
Xiaomi Mi Smart Water Purifier
The company has also introduced its Mi Smart Water Purifier during the launch event. The latest device comes with RO + UV system, which is built-in and it features 5 stage penta purification processor. The Stage 1 and Stage 2 uses polypropylene cotton and activated carbon to filter water. Stage 3 uses reverse osmosis with filtration precision up to 0.0001 micron.
The Stage 4 uses post activated carbon to absorb odour and improve taste, while the Stage 5 comes with in-tank UV sterilization that kills bacteria with 99.99 per cent efficiency. The Smart Water Purifier also shows TDS level of the water and one can get updates from the water purifier via Mi Home application. It also comes with DIY filter replacement, which the company claims takes only 30 seconds to replace the filter. It also comes with self tank cleaning processor and it is comes with 7 litre capacity.
Xiaomi Mi Band 4
The Band 4 features a 0.95-inch colour AMOLED (240×120 pixels) display with 2.5D scratch-resistant glass panel and comes packed with a bigger 135 mAh battery in comparison to its predecessor bands. The battery of standard version claims to last about 20 days, while the NFC version claims to lasts about 15 days on a single charge. The band 4 supports Xiao AI, the personal assistant and also comes with the support to Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.
The Mi Band 4 features a built-in 6-axis high-precision sensor and heart rate warning function as well. The Band vibrates to remind the user when the heart rate is too high and also supports sedentary reminders. Moreover, the band 4 is Water-resistant to 5 atmospheres, or about 80 PSI, supports swimming, outdoor running, indoor running, walking, exercising, riding six sports modes, supports Voice commands and supports 77 full-colour dial themes.
