Xiaomi has introduced a new variant of its Mi TV 4A series in China with the launch of Mi TV 4A Youth Edition. The smart TV comes with a price tag of CNY 1,699 (approx. Rs 17,800) and it is available in its home country.
The Mi TV 4A can be considered as a toned down version of the Mi TV 4A, which was launched in India last month. The model comes with some smart features and it also features company’s AI-powered PatchWall UI.
Coming to some key specifications, the Mi TV 4A Youth Edition features a 43-inch full HD display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The display comes with a Refresh Rate of 60GHz and bears a 178-degree viewing angle.
The Smart TV is powered by aquad-core Amlogic Cortex-A53 processor, which is clocked at 1.5GHz along with Mali-450 GPU. The TV is backed by a 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. It also features DTS-HD.
Connectivity options on the Mi TV 4A include Wi-Fi, two HDMI ports, two USB ports, one Ethernet port, one AV component port, and one S/PDIF audio port. The smart TV supports voice control through which users can search for content and give commands via built-in mic in the remote control and it also features two 6W speakers. The TV measures 965.89 x 607.89 x 233.22mm (including base), and weighs 7.58kg (7.44kg without base).
