Xiaomi launched “Made in India” power bank known as Power Bank 2i in November last year. The device comes in 10,000mAh and 20,000mAh capacities and both of them were launched with a price tag of Rs 799 and Rs 1,499 respectively. Recently, the company increased the price of both the power banks by Rs 100 after which the 10,000mAh and 20,000mAh power banks were priced at Rs 899 and Rs 1,599 respectively.
Now Xiaomi has permanently reduced the price of both the power banks and now they priced again at their original launch price. These new prices are already effective on Mi.com and various e-commerce portals like Amazon and Flipkart.
Both the power banks were initially available from the company’s official website and Mi Home stores. But later on, the power banks were are also available for purchase via Flipkart and Amazon.
Along with these two, Xiaomi has also reduced the price of 10000mAh Mi Power Bank Pro. This power bank is now available at Rs 1299 as against its original price of Rs 1499.
The power banks support dual USB output and two-way quick charging. They come loaded with nine layers of circuit chip protection including temperature resistance, protection from short circuit, protection from incorrect insertion, input overvoltage protection, protection from output overcurrent, PTC protective circuits and more.
Both the devices can also charge low power devices such Bluetooth headsets and fitness Band by simply double pressing the power button to enter 2-hour low power charging mode. Starting with 10,000mAh Mi Power Bank 2i, the device comes loaded with high-density lithium polymer battery and offers a conversion rate of up to 90 percent. The power bank has an actual output capacity of 6500mAh and it made from anodized aluminium alloy case. The 10,000mAh power bank is 14.2mm thin and weighs 240 grams.
