Xiaomi is expected to unveil its next flagship device the Mi Note 2 next month. Now ahead of that Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun on Chinese social networking site Weibo revealed that the Mi Note 2 has entered mass production. It means that the Mi Note 2 launch is definitely on the way soon.
Recently some live images of Xiaomi Mi Note 2 surfaced online which confirmed the front dual curved display of Mi Note 2.
As per earlier reports, Xiaomi may bring two versions of the phone – one with Snapdragon 820 and 4GB of RAM and another said to be a Pro version with Snapdragon 821 and 6GB of RAM. Reportedly the 4GB variant will come with 32GB internal storage and the 6GB variant will come with 128GB of inbuilt memory.
Earlier, some alleged renders of the device got leaked online as per which the Mi Note 2 has dual curved display with curves on both its front and rear side. It also showed fingerprint scanner on the front, a dual camera set up in its back panel and a USB Type C.
As per earlier rumored specs, the Mi Note 2 will come with a 5.5-inch OLED display, a metal body, a fingerprint scanner in the front, 3600 mAh battery with Fast charging feature, Snapdragon 821 chipset, 13 Megapixel rear camera and 8 megapixel front camera.
