A Xiaomi device, called Xiaomi Mi 5S, has been spotted on Benchmarking website, Antutu. It could be the successor of this years Xiaomi Mi 5 that was launched in India in April this year for Rs 24,999. The alleged Xiaomi Mi 5S is rumoured to feature 6GB RAM, curved display and dual camera setup. The Xiaomi Mi 5S was recently certified by a Chinese regulatory body, CCC (China Compulsory Certificate) which is also known as 3C.
As per the listing on AnTuTu benchmark, the Xiaomi Mi 5S comes with a full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display but the screen size is not known. Besides, the listing says that the handset has Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 SoC, Adreno 530 GPU, and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system. The listing has no information about its battery size, RAM and internal storage. But the earlier rumors have revealed that the the Mi 5S will come with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
As per the earlier reports of screenshot posted on Weibo, the Xiaomi Mi 5S has a 5.15-inch full HD display, 6GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, 16 megapixel rear camera, and a 3,490 mAh battery. The device is said to have connectivity options like Bluetooth 4.2, USB Type-C, NFC and Wi-Fi 802.11ac. Reportedly, it measures 144.5×69.2×7.2 mm and weighs 147 grams.
