Xiaomi is all set to launch Xiaomi Max on 10th May along with MIUI OS. Amidst all leaks and rumors, Xioami Max images have now been surfaced online again. Now the device has been spotted on the website of Chinese certification agency TENAA, confirming its specs ahead of the launch. Recently, images of Xiaomi Max surfaced online. Earlier, the first render of alleged Xiaomi Max leaked online. Prior to that, images of Xioami Max surfaced on Chinese microblogging site Baidu.
As per the TENAA listing, Xiaomi Max has a 6.4-inch full HD (1920×1080) display, a 1.4 GHz Snapdragon 650 hexa-core processor and 2GB/3GB RAM. The 2GB variant comes with 16GB of internal storage while 3GB variant comes with 32GB of internal storage. The device offers an expandable storage slot, a 16 megapixel rear camera, a 5 megapixel front facing camera and a 4000 mAh battery. Xiaomi Max Lite comes with a metal body and has a fingerprint sensor on its back panel instead of physical home button which is absent in this leak.
The Xioami Max runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. Connectivity options of the smartphone include 4G-LTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS/A-GPS and a Micro USB port.
The base variant of the Mi Max with 2GB RAM is expected to be priced at 1299 Yuan (approximately Rs,13,293). Xiaomi will officially unveil Xiaomi Max along with the new MIUI 8 OS on May 10. So, stay tuned for more details.
