Xiaomi is all set to launch its Xiaomi Max today at an event in China. Now just before the official launch, Xiaomi has revealed that the device will come with a battery that will last a full day through its twitter handle.
The tweet reads, “Large displays should still feel comfortable to the grip, & give at least a full-day battery to get through the day!”
Recently, Xiaomi’s chief executive officer Jun Lei on Weibo also shared a teaser showing its side profile, the physical volume rocker and power buttons on the right side of the Mi Max smartphone. The device was earlier spotted on the website of Chinese certification agency TENAA, confirming its specs. Earlier, Xiaomi also teased that the Xiaomi Mi Max will come in various colour variants – Blue, Pink, and Gold.
As per earlier rumors, Xiaomi Max will come with 6.4-inch full HD (1920×1080) display, a 1.4 GHz Snapdragon 650 hexa-core processor and 2GB/3GB RAM. The 2GB variant will come with 16GB of internal storage while 3GB variant will come with 32GB of internal storage. The device is expected to offer an expandable storage slot, a 16 megapixel rear camera, a 5 megapixel front facing camera and a 4000 mAh battery. The Xioami Max is expected to runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with connectivity options like 4G-LTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS/A-GPS and a Micro USB port.
