Xiaomi is all set to start its much awaited second Mi anniversary sale from tomorrow. The sale will be held from July 20- 22 in India. Now Xiaomi has announced price cuts for Xiaomi Mi 4 and the Xiaomi Mi 5 via social media platform, Twitter. The price cuts would be applicable during the anniversary sale.
The Xiaomi Mi4 has got a price drop of Rs 4,000. Currently it is available for Rs 14,999 but during the sale it will retail at 10,999. Similarly, you can bag the Mi 5 for Rs 22,999 against its current price of Rs 24,999. However, the offer on Mi 5 is only valid for Black & White color variants; it comes in gold colour as well. Xiaomi will also sell Mi Bluetooth speaker for Rs 1,999 whose current price is 2,699.
Under the sale, Xiaomi will sell its phones and accessories for just Rs 1. There will be flash sale everyday at 2PM for three days under which it will sell Mi 5, 20,000 mAh Mi Power Bank, Redmi Note 3, Mi Band, Mi Max and Mi Bluetooth Speaker at just Rs 1.
Customers have to first register for the sale by clicking on the share button on Xiaomi’s website, and share the news on their Facebook before July 19. In addition to the Rs 1 flash deals, Xiaomi will sell 10000 mAh Mi Power Bank at Rs 1,299, new Mi In-Ear Capsule headphones at Rs 999 and Mi In Ear Headphones Pro Gold at Rs 1,799.
Besides, Xiaomi is also giving out Mi cash coupons, and a free Mi Max for playing a game (Pair 2 Win). The game is only available on Mi Store App. The coupons will expire at 10 pm on July 22.
Also, Xiaomi has some special offers such as complimentary Mi In-Ear Headphones Pro on the purchase of Mi 5, free Mi LED Light or USB Fan with 20,000 mAh Mi Power Bank. As a part of the sale, Xiaomi has announced Mi TV as a bumper prize for one lucky winner who takes part in the Mi sale through MI Store app.
Xiaomi Mi 4
Xiaomi Mi 4 offers a 5 inch IPS LCD display with full HD resolution. This Android 4.4.3 KitKat based handset, which comes with MIUI 5.0 interface, was once regarded as one of the fastest smartphone in the world with a 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 processor, Adreno 330 GPU, and 3 GB RAM.
The Mi 4 has a 13 Megapixel rear camera with 1/3 inch sensor and an 8 megapixel front camera. This 149 grams weighing smartphone has a 3080 mAh battery that claims to offer up to 280 hours of 3G stand by. Xiaomi Mi 5
The Mi 5 has a 5.15 inch display that has full HD resolution. It is powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor and comes along with Adreno 530 graphics processor, dual SIM, a fingerprint scanner and Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. The phone has a 16 megapixel rear camera that has Sony IMX298 sensor, 6P lens, phase detection auto focus feature, LED flash light support, optical image stabilization and sapphire glass protection for lens. For selfies, the Mi 5 offers a 4 megapixel front camera.
The Xiaomi Mi 5 comes fitted with a 3000 mAh battery and comes with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 technology. It has a USB Type C port too.
