Microsoft had promised to roll out the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango update for the handsets sometime in September. As per the Windows PhoneDevepoler Podcast, Microsoft will roll out the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango update this week on September 15. Recently, even the final builds of the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango update ROMs have been leaked online.
Along with the release of Mango update, we can expect number of other devices getting officially launched soon. First Windows Phone 7.5 Mango update loaded smartphone was from Fujitsu Toshiba IS12T handset.
Following that, HTC Titan and HTC Radar smartphones were announced at an event last week.
Next in line, we expect more Windows Phone 7.5 Mango loaded handsets from Nokia, Samsung, HTC, ASUS, Dell, Acer and ZTE. Interesting bend is that Microsoft will also work on a Tango update that is intended to tap emerging markets with entry level Windows Phone devices.
Apart from several interesting features, majority of consumers are looking forward to the Skype Video chat integration in the Windows Phone 7.5 mango devices.
