Lenovo has debuted the Ideapad 1 in India as the country’s first laptop to be powered by the Ryzen R3 processor.

Lenovo has launched a new mid-range laptop for Indian buyers, called the Ideapad 1. The Lenovo Ideapad 1 is the first AMD Ryzen R3-powered laptop in the country. The machine is aimed at students and working professionals. Furthermore, the laptop runs on the latest edition of Windows out of the box, and that’s Windows 11.

Lenovo Ideapad 1: Price, Availability

The Ideapad 1 has a price tag of Rs 44,690. It comes in a single Cloud Grey colour and a 2-year in-built warranty. The laptop can be purchased from the Lenovo’s official online and offline stores, Amazon India, and leading retail stores starting February 8, 2023.

Lenovo Ideapad 1: Specifications

The Ideapad 1 has a 15.6-inch display with an resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) with 220 nits brightness and anti-glare coating. Under the hood, the Ideapad 1 is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 3 7320U processor along with a Radeon 610M graphics onboard. The is based on a Zen 2 architecture.

The machine packs 8GB of LPDDR5 and 512GB SSD storage which is upgradeable to 1TB. The laptop packs a 42Whr battery unit with support for 65W charging adapter. It runs on Windows 11 OS.

There is a 720p webcam with a camera privacy shutter. The laptop is equipped with 1.5W dual stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos and two microphones. Connectivity options include 1 x 2.0, 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 1, 1 x USB-C 3.2 Gen 1, HDMI 1.4b, 1 x Card reader, / microphone combo jack (3.5mm), Wi-Fi 6 and 5.1.
