Vodafone revises Rs 139 prepaid plan, now offers less data benefits

The revised Rs 139 Vodafone plan competes with Airtel's recently launched Rs 148 prepaid plan.

Vodafone has revised its Rs 139 recharge plan for the prepaid customers. The Rs 139 prepaid recharge from Vodafone earlier used to offer 5GB data for 28 days.

Now after revision, the plan is offering 3GB data for the same validity period. This means that the users will now get reduced data benefits.

The revised Rs 139 Vodafone plan competes with Airtel’s recently launched Rs 148 prepaid plan. The Airtel plan comes with 3GB of data. Now, Vodafone has also reduced its Rs 139 prepaid plan to offer the same 3GB data benefit.

Apart from 3GB data, the Vodafone Rs 139 plan also offers unlimited local, STD, and calls, and 300 messages for a validity of 28 days.

The Airtel Rs 148 prepaid plan comes with a validity of 28 days and it offers its customers 3GB data for the entire validity period. Additionally, the plan also offers unlimited, local and STD calling and 100 SMS per day as well. Apart from these benefits, the customers will also get a subscription to Wynk Music and Airtel TV.

Recently, Vodafone also upgraded its Rs 129 prepaid plan with more data. In this plan, Vodafone prepaid users will get 2GB of 2G/3G/4G data for a duration of 28 days. Previously, the same plan provided users with a total of 1.5GB data for the course of the validity period.
