Vodafone has introduced a new Prepaid plan for Rs 159 for its customers. The new plan comes with a validity of 28 days and it will compete with Reliance Jio’s and Airtel Rs 149 prepaid plans
TelecomTalk reports that the new Vodafone Rs 159 plan has been introduced as an open market plan and it is available across all its circles. Under this plan, Vodafone is offering its customers 1GB data per day with unlimited voice calling. Additionally, it offers 100 SMS per day. In total, the customers are getting 28GB data under this plan. It is also to be noted that the voice calling benefits comes with a capping of 250 minutes per day and 1000 minutes per week.
Comparing the Vodafone plan with the Rs 149 Reliance Jio prepaid plan, the Jio plan also comes with 28 days validity. It offers 1.5GB data per day or 42GB data for 28 days, unlimited voice calling without any FUP, 100 SMS per day and complimentary subscription of Jio apps as well.
On the other hand, Airtel Rs 159 plan offers 1GB data per day, unlimited calls, and 100 SMS per day. Like the Jio and Vodafone plans, this plan also comes with a validity of 28 days.
