Vodafone India has introduced a new plan aimed at students, which offers unlimited voice calls along with 1GB of 4G/3G data per day. Dubbed as ‘Vodafone Campus Survival Kit’, the plan comes with a validity of 84 days.
The scheme is only valid for a new connection and comes with a price tag of Rs 445. Under this kit, students will get unlimited voice calls along with above-mentioned data, discount coupons from Ola, Zomato among others and a messenger bag. However, the scheme is only available for Delhi-NCR region, but the company has said that it is looking forward to launching the scheme across the country in a phased manner. Further, upon subsequent recharges, users will have to pay Rs 352 only.
Vodafone also offers up to 1GB of data per day along with 1200 free minutes for a week and 300 minutes a day with Res 349 pack per month in Delhi-NCR. However, according to a report by BGR, even if the Rs 349 packs ends, the survival kit users will have an option to continue data and calling benefits by a recharge of Rs 352, which is valid for 84 days.
Previously, the brand had announced a new pack for its customers, which offers up to 70GB of data along with unlimited voice calls and SMS. Priced at Rs 244, the pack comes with a validity of 70 days.

The pack offers 1GB of 3G or 4G data per day and unlimited Vodafone to Vodafone calls. However, there is a catch. The pack is only valid for new users and it is not meant for existing customers. Further, the 70 days validity comes only with the first recharge. From the second recharge, the validity is reduced to 35 days.
The company has announced another plan of Rs 346. Under this pack, users will get 56GB of data with FUP (Fair Usage Policy) limit of 1GB per day along with unlimited calls to any networks. However, the voice calls will be limited to 300 minutes per day and 1,200 minutes per week. The pack comes with a validity of 56 days and unlike the Rs 244, users can avail the same benefits for other subsequent recharges as well
