Vivo had launched Vivo Y51L in India last year in January for Rs 11,980. However, the smartphone is selling for Rs 9,990 in the market and now Vivo has reportedly reduced the price of Vivo Y51L smartphone, according to Mahesh Khatri of Mahesh Telecom, a Mumbai-based mobile phone retailer. As per the tweet, Vivo has reduced the price of Y51L by Rs 1,000 and will now be available for Rs 8,990.
To recall, the device sports a 5-inch IPS display with qHD (960 x 540 pixels) Resolution and is powered by the 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) Processor which is coupled with 2GB of RAM. It runs the company’s FunTouch OS 2.5 that is based on Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system and is backed by a 2350mAh Li-Po battery.
The Y51L has an 8-megapixel rear camera along with a flashlight and a 5-megapixel front camera. It has 16 GB of internal memory that can be further expanded using a micro SD card of 128 GB. This Dual-SIM phone supports 4G LTE connectivity as well. The device measures 143.8×71.7×7.52 mm and weighs 157 grams. It has GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and a Micro USB port.
