Vivo is working on a new smartphone called Vivo Y17. The specifications and retail box image of the Vivo Y17 have now leaked online.
As per the alleged retail box which surfaced on SlashLeaks, Vivo Y17 will feature a waterdrop-style notch. The phone will have a triple camera setup at the back which will be aligned vertically. The back of the phone will also feature a rear fingerprint sensor
The specifications of the Vivo Y17 have been leaked via a poster on an Instagram account GadgetFight.id. As per the leaked specifications, Vivo Y17 will feature a 6.35-inch HD+ display with 720x 1544 pixels resolution. It is powered by an octa-core processor, paired with 4GB RAM and internal storage of 128GB. The phone is tipped to run on FunTouch OS 9 based on Android Pie.
For the camera, the poster has revealed that the Vivo Y17 will feature triple cameras with a combination of a 13-megapixel sensor, 8-megapixel sensor, and a 2-megapixel sensor. Up front, there is said to be a 20-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calling.
Vivo Y17 will reportedly pack a 5,000mAh battery. The connectivity options will include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, FM, and USB-OTG. Sensors on board will accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, fingerprint sensor, and virtual gyroscope. The dimensions are 159.43 x 76.77 x 8.92 mm, and it will weigh 190.5 grams.
