Vivo Y100 is coming soon to India as a new mid-range offering from the Chinese brand and the launch timeframe, price and specifications of the device have now been leaked. The smartphone has already made an appearance on certification and Benchmarking websites such as Geekbench, Google Play Console, and BIS.

The leak comes from 91Mobiles as per whom the Vivo Y100 is expected to be available in a single configuration with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage in India. It could be priced at around Rs 27,000 or lower, according to the report.
The report adds that the device could launch in the Indian markets in February, alongside the rumoured Vivo Y56. Additionally, the Vivo Y100 is likely to be offered in two colour-changing variants – black and gold, making it the first Vivo phone to do so.

As per the leak, the Vivo Y100 will run on Android 13 and sport a 6-inch HDR10+ AMOLED Display with a Refresh Rate of 120Hz and a 20:9 aspect ratio, according to the report. The report adds that the phone is expected to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset, paired with 6GB of RAM and ARM Mali-G68 MP4 GPU.
The upcoming Vivo smartphone is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary camera, and a 2-megapixel tertiary lens. There would be a 50-megapixel front facing camera which is said to be housed in a hole-punch slot at the top of the front display.
