Chinese mobile manufacture, Vivo has unveiled its two new smartphones in China, the Vivo X6S and X6S Plus. The Vivo X6S and X6S Plus are available for purchase from company’s official Chinese online store for 2598 Yuan (approximately Rs 26,697) and 2998 Yuan (approximately Rs 30,793) respectively. Shipping of the smartphones scheduled to start from April 5. Both the smartphone comes two colour variants – Champagne Gold and Rose Gold.
In January, Vivo X6S Plus was spotted on the Chinese certification agency, TENAA.
The Vivo X6S offers a 5.2-inch Full HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) Super AMOLED display. It is powered by a 1.8 GHz Octa Core Snapdragon 652 (MSM8976) processor, which is paired with Adreno 510 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64 GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 operating system Lollipop with Funtouch OS on top of it and is packed with a 2400 mAh battery with Fast charging support. The X6S also features a Fingerprint sensor, which is integrated on the back panel of the phone.
The X6S flaunts a 13-megapixel auto-focus shooter on the back with LED Flash and an 8-megapixel selfie snapper on the front. Further, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac), Bluetooth, GPS and a Micro USB 2.0 port. The handset measures 147.90×73.75×6.56mm and weighs around 140.5 grams.
On the other hand, The Vivo X6S Plus offers a larger 5.7-inch Full HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) Super AMOLED display, a larger 3000 mAh battery, and a 16-megapixel auto-focus shooter on the back with LED Flash. This handset measures 158.40 × 80.10 × 6.85 mm and weighs around 172 grams. Rest of the specifications are similar to its smaller sibling.
