Vivo X20 FIFA World Cup edition launched

The Vivo X20 FIFA World Cup edition was first unveiled at a ceremony in Moscow, Russia ahead of the World Cup draw.

After recently announcing Vivo X20 ‘King of Glory’ edition, Vivo now has announced a new FIFA World Cup X20 edition, reports GSMArena. Vivo has a partnership with FIFA for six years, including the World Cup tournaments in Russia 2018 and Qatar 2022.

The Vivo X20 FIFA World Cup edition was first unveiled at a ceremony in Moscow, Russia ahead of the World Cup draw. Notably, all FIFA officials will be getting the smartphone and they will use the device during the World Cup in Russia which is scheduled to held next year from June 14 and will go on until July 15.

As far as the specs of this World Cup edition of X20 is concerned, it is same as the existing Vivo X20. The major highlight of the Vivo X20 smartphone is the display. It sports a 6.01-inch Full display, which bears an aspect ratio of 18:9. It is powered by the latest quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 mobile platform clocked at 2.2GHz along with Adreno 512 GPU.

The X20 sports a dual-camera setup which comes with a combination of 24-megapixel primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, OIS and there is a secondary 5-megapixel shooter. For the front, it sports a 12-megapixel shooter with soft flash and f/2.0 aperture. It runs on Funtouch OS 3.2 based on 7.1.1 Nougat and also sports a fingerprint sensor at the back panel.

The Vivo X20 sports a 4GB of RAM and 128GB storage option. The storage can be further expanded up to 256GB via card slot. The smartphone is backed by a 3245mAh battery with support. The Vivo X20 measures 155.85×75.15x 7.2mm and weighs 159 grams. On the connectivity front, both the smartphone supports VoLTE, 5.0, WiFi, GPS, USB Type-C port and slot.
