Vivo S5 launched with 6.44-inch Full HD+ display and quad rear cameras

Vivo S5 features a 6.44-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels.

Vivo has today launched Vivo S5 smartphone in China. Vivo S5 is priced at 2698 Yuan which is approx. Rs 27,650 for the 8GB of and 128GB storage and 2998 Yuan which is approx. Rs 30,720 for the 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage. It comes in two colour variants – Icelandic Blue, Phantom Blue, and Star Black.

Vivo S5 features a 6.44-inch Full with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. It is powered with a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 712 Octa-core with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

Vivo S5 runs 9 Pie operating system and it is fueled by a 4,010mAh battery with 22.5W fast-charging support. The display is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint reader.

The phone feature a diamond-shaped camera setup which houses four camera and a LED flash. The diamond-shaped camera module has three camera lenses and the LED flash, while the fourth camera lens lies below the three camera sensors. It comes with a quad camera setup with 48-megapixel lens with f/1.79 aperture, LED flash, 8-megapixel wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, 5-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.48 and 2-megapixel for macro with f/2.4 aperture. For the font, it will house a 32-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.45 aperture.

Connectivity options will include VoLTE, WiFi, 5.0, GPS, and USB port. The phone measures 157.9 x 73.92 x 8.64mm and it weighs 188 grams.
