Vivo is currently prepping up to expand its range of S series of smartphones. The company is expected to announce the Vivo S10 smartphone this month in China. Now the upcoming device has been spotted on the Geekbench Benchmarking site revealing its key specifications.
As per the listing, the Vivo S10 comes with model number V2121A. The Chipset name mentioned is MT6891Z/CZA, which is associated with the MediaTek Dimensity 1100. So, the phone will be powered by Dimensity 1100 processor. The phone’s chipset will offer a base clock speed of 2GHz and have an octa-core architecture.
The benchmarking platform further revealed that there would be 12 GB of RAM. In addition, the device will come preinstalled with the Android 11 OS out-of-the-box. In the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench, the handset recorded 647 and 2398 points, respectively.
Vivo S10 Specs (Rumoured)
According to the earlier leaks, the Vivo S10 may sport a triple rear camera setup with 108-megapixel primary sensor. In comparison, the Vivo S9 has a 64-megapixel primary sensor.
Tipster Yogesh on Twitter previously leaked that The MediaTek Dimensity 1100 SoC will power Vivo S10. This same chip also powered the Vivo S9. The smartphone will run on Android 11 and come in two variants with 8GB and 12GB of RAM. Both the modes will support RAM expansion up to 4GB via Vivo’s own software-based feature.
Furthermore, the Vivo S10 comes with NFC support, UFS 3.1 storage, and support for 44W fast charging. The phone is said to be charged up to 38% in 15 minutes. There will also be an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
As of now, Vivo has not yet announced anything about the launch date of the Vivo S10 smartphone. However, since the smartphone has appeared in various leaks recently, we expect the phone to be officially launched in the coming days.
