Nubia is expected to announce a new smartphone at an event on October 17 in China. The device is expected to be a successor of Nubia Z11 Mini called as Nubia Z11 Mini S. As per earlier reports, the device was expected to feature a dual rear camera setup. But now new details about its cameras have surfaced online.
An image has leaked on Weibo showing Antutu Benchmark of the device and it has crucial information about the upcoming Nubia smartphone’s cameras. As per the leaked image, the Nubia smartphone will have a 23 megapixel rear-facing camera along with a 13 mega pixel front-facing camera. Sadly, the leaks does not reveal either the name of the smartphone nor the specs for the device.
Meanwhile, Huawei is set to launch Honor 6X on October 18 while Oppo R9s is coming this October 19 – both launching in China. So there will be three back to back events in China on October 17, 18 and 19.
Earlier, Nubia Z11 Mini was launched in China at 1499 Yuan or approximately Rs 15,265. To recall, Nubia Z11 Mini is armed with a 5-inch full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS display. It is powered by Snapdragon 617 64-bit octa-core processor, Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB RAM. There is 64 GB of internal storage in the phone apart from which it has an expandable storage slot that can hold a micro SD card of up to 200GB capacity. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and comes fitted with a 2800 mAh battery that has Fast charging support too. The phone has 2.5D curved front and rear panels with a metal frame.
The Nubia Z11 Mini has a 16-megapixel shooter and an LED flash light in its rear panel. The rear camera has phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) feature. In its front lies an 8-megapixel camera. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G LTE with VoLTE support, fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port, WiFi, and GPS support. The phone has a dimension of 141.9 x 70.4 x 8 mm and it weighs 138 grams.
