Google is expected to launch two Nexus devices at an upcoming event on September 29 in San Francisco. One of them is reportedly made by Huawei and is named as Nexus 6P while the other, called as Nexus 5X, is said to be made by LG. Now Android Police has reported that the upcoming Huawei Nexus 6P will feature 128 GB of internal storage. The phone will also be available in 32 GB and 64 GB variants.
If the report comes true, it would make the Huawei Nexus 6P the first Google device to offer such a high storage capacity. Last year’s Motorola Nexus 6 had 32 GB and 64 GB variants. Like other Nexus devices launched so far, this Nexus phone too is unlikely to feature a microSD card slot. The three variants will be separated by a price difference of anywhere between $50-100, reports further added.
As per reports, Huawei-made Google Nexus 6P will feature a 5.7-inch Full HD display, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa core processor, 3GB of RAM, 13MP camera with optical image stabilisation feature and ofcourse the Android Marshmallow OS.
On the other hand, the purported LG made Nexus Nexus 5X is said to be coming in 32 and 64GB internal storage options. Rumored specifications of LG Nexus 5x include a 5.2-inch Full HD display, USB Type-C connector, Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB of RAM, 12.7 Megapixel primary camera with OIS and latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow software.
Google has already sent the invitations for the event where we can expect to see the official launch of both LG and Huawei Nexus devices.
