TP-Link, which is a famous WiFi routers and modems manufacturer, surprisingly launched two smartphones at IFA 2016 today. The new smartphones are named as Neffos X1 and Neffos X1 Max.
The Neffos X1 has a 5 inch HD display. Underneath the hood, the device has Helio P10 octa-core MT6755M processor with 16GB variant coming in with 2GB RAM and 32GB variant coming in with 3GB RAM. Further, the internal storage can be expanded via micro SD card up to 128GB. In the camera department, it sports a 13 megapixel camera with PDAF technology and a 5 megapixel front facing camera. The phone has dual SIM functionality and has a 2250 mAh battery.
The Neffos X1 Max boasts a 5.5 inch full HD display. It has the same processor but with higher clock speed. The Neffos X1 Max will sell in two variants – a 32 GB model with 3 GB RAM and a 64GB model with 4GB RAM. A micro SD card slot is also in the phone. The camera is also same with identical Sensors and specifications. The X1 Max is backed by a bigger 3000 mAh.
The Neffos X1 (16GB) is priced at €199 and Neffos X1 Max (32GB) is priced at €249 and both the models will be available in Cloud Grey and Sunrise Gold colour variants. However, the company didn’t reveal the price of the 32GB X1 and 64GB X1 Max variants.
