Japanese electronics giant Toshiba will launch its Regza AT300 tablet computer in June. Initially it will be available in Japan and may hit other markets, including India, after some months.
However, Toshiba’s Indian spokesperson did not confirm the development.
The Toshiba Regza AT300 tablet will use an Nvidia Tegra 2 Processor running at 1 GHz and a 10.1 inch display with viewing ratio of 16:10.
Regza will run on the tablet version of Android operating system, called Honeycomb, but will feature an integrated user interface with it, the nature of which is not known yet.
For storage, Regza tablet will have 16 GB of on board storage and a total of 1 GB of RAM for faster operations.
It will also come with stereo speakers and a 5 Megapixel rear camera apart from a front facing VGA camera for video conferencing.
Regza AT300 is priced at 60,000 yen (about Rs 32,500).
