Tata DoCoMo launches unlimited plans for post paid Photon subscribers

Tata DoCoMo has announced new unlimited plans for its postpaid Photon users across the country. These unlimited plans also bring along respective data benefits. The four new unlimited plans are applicable on any Photon device – Max, Plus, 3G+, 3G, and Whiz. The four plans are bring rolled out in the circles where Tata DoCoMo services are being offered.

The catch is these unlimited plans come with a bundled data usage comprising of total data transfer and thereby offering speed of up to 9.8 Mbps theoretical speeds. The maximum speed depends on the Photon device you are using, signal strength and other factors. Once the bundled data usage limit is reached, the speed drops to about roughly 150 Kbps.

For starters, the unlimited data plan offers Rs 650 Plan with 3 GB bundled usage and then there is a Rs 750 Plan with 5 GB data usage. Heavy users can opt for Rs 999 Plan bundling 15 GB data or the Rs 1,249 plan bundling 25 GB data. All the plans come with validity of 30 days and unfortunately the remaining data is not carried forward in the next billing cycle.
