Swype, a popular third party keyboard App in the Android Market, is likely to come with support for Ice Cream Sandwich. Swype is a unique virtual keyboard on which users can slide their fingers to type on the phone, but Ice Cream Sandwich support was the only thing missing from the app.
In a tweet, the makers of Swype said that Ice Cream Sandwich phones Nexus S and Galaxy Nexus will be getting Swype software through their latest build itself. The software update will be arriving within the next few days.
Swype will be available to beta testers first and if all goes well, it will be released for the handsets over the air.
