Swipe Technologies today announced the launch of its new affordable smartphone, the Swipe Konnect 5.1 Limited Edition, for Rs 3,999. The smartphone comes in Sandstone Black finish and is available exclusively on Snapdeal.
Swipe Konnect 5.1 Limited Edition features a 5-inch FWVGA (480 x854p) display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, which is paired with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on older Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, though it is upgradable to Android Lollipop 5.1.
It comes with 8GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable by up-to 32GB via a micro SD card. The smartphone sports an 8-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with LED flash and a 3.2-megapixel front-facing camera. Swipe Konnect 5.1 Limted Edition is backed by a 3000 mAh battery, which claims to offer up-to 8-10 hours of talk-time and up-to 220 hours of standby time. On the connectivity front, the device offers Dual SIM, 3G, GPS, WiFi and microUSB port. The handset measures 144 x 73 x 9.8 mm ans weighs 156 grams. The Sensors include Accelerometer, Light Sensor, and G-sensor.
