Spice Retail Ltd has launched a new budget smartphone – Stellar Mi-445 for Rs 5,299. The new Stellar Mi-445 features a sleek body and is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon mobile processor. Spice has added support for multiple Indian languages such as Hindi, Bangla, Tamil, Telugu and Marathi by default. Bundling 2 GB free storage at Spice Cloud, Stellar Mi-445 will be sold for Rs 5,299 from first week of July.
Spice Stellar Mi-445 smartphone features a 4-inch display with 480×800 pixel resolution. By default, it runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update and is powered by quad-core 1.2 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon mobile processor paired with 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal storage. Memory slot allows adding up to 32 GB microSD.
The dual-SIM Stellar Mi-445 supports Dual-SIM and can hold one 3G network enabled SIM card. Apart from that, the smartphone also offers support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth with A2DP and GPS.
At the back, Stellar Mi-445 has 3.2 Megapixel camera for imaging and there is a 1.3 megapixel camera in the front. The standard audio port and FM Radio exists by default. Spice has added 1500 mAh battery.
The Spice Stellar Mi-445 looks slightly dated in front of the Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus offering similar set of features with 1 GB RAM and LED flash at the back to aid low light images.
