Sony Xperia XA2 Plus launched with 6-inch Full HD+ display, 6GB RAM and more

The smartphone is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor clocked at 2.2GHz with Adreno 508 GPU and it runs on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo operating system.

Sony has launched a new phone under its Xperia XA series which is dubbed as Sony Xperia XA2 Plus. The smartphone comes in Silver, Black, Gold and Green colours and will be available for sale from late August 2018. The price of the smartphone has not been announced though.

On the specifications front, the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus features a 6.0-inch screen with Full resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and 5. The Xperia XA2 Plus is backed by a 4GB/6GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage which is expandable via card (up to 400GB).

The smartphone is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 clocked at 2.2GHz with Adreno 508 GPU. On the camera front, the smartphone will bear the rear camera of 23-megapixel with 1/2.3″ Exmos RS sensor, Hybrid Auto-Focus, 84° wide-angle f/2.0 lens. For the front, the Xperia XA2 Plus will come with an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling with 120° super wide-angle f/2.4 lens, 1/4″ Exmor R sensor. The smartphone runs on the latest 8.0 Oreo operating system.

On the connectivity front, it features VoLTE, Wifi, 5.0, NFC, USB Type-C port and 3.5 mm jack. Sony Xperia XA2 Plus comes with 3,580 battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0, Qnovo Adaptive Charging. The dimensions are 157 x 75 x 9.6 mm and weigh 205 grams of Xperia XA2 Plus.
