After launching Xperia X, Xperia XA, and Xperia X Performance, Sony seems to be working on its next Xperia device, which is dubbed as Sony Xperia E5. The smartphone has been spotted on Sony’s social media platforms. However, now the post has been removed. The Xperia E5 smartphone is expected to be unveiled next week.
The post reads: “Eager, effortless, and easy on the eye – it’s everything a smartphone should be. Say hello to your savvy new sidekick, Xperia E5.”
Recently, a smartphone with model name “Sony F3311” spotted on GFXBench listing, which as per reports could be Sony Xperia E5.
As per listing, the Sony F3311 (Xperia E5) features a 4.6-inch display with HD (1280×720 pixels) resolution and 5 finger gesture support. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6735) processor, which is clubbed with 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage out of which 11GB is reserved for the users, Mali T720 GPU. smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. It flaunts an 13-megapixel Autofocus camera with LED flash in its rear panel and 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
Besides, it has Dual SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, NFC, and a microUSB port.
