Sony Xperia C4, a selfie smartphone, has been launched in India. The phone features s 5 Megapixel front camera and has been launched for Rs 29,490. Launched in white, black and mint colours, the Sony Xperia C4 will be available from today itself.
The Xperia C4 has a 5.5 inch Full HD display. The display has Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 and super vivid-mode for clarity and colour brightness. Besides, with IPS technology it promises wide viewing angle. This Android Lollipop smartphone has a 64-bit, 1.7 GHz octa-core MediaTek MTK6752 processor and 2 GB RAM. The phone offers 16 GB of inbuilt memory and 128 GB micro SD card slot.
Its front 5 MP camera comes with 25mm wide angle lenses. It also comes with various AR effects that let you easily give your selfie a twist by letting you place a different face over your own face or others’ faces while you snap a selfie. In the rear panel it has a 13 megapixel auto focus camera with image stabiliser feature.
The Sony Xperia C4 comes with a 2,600 mAh battery that claims to offer over eight hours of video viewing time and it has Battery STAMINA Mode 5.0 that ensures you have complete control over how your battery is used.
Xperia C4 is compatible with Sony NFC-enabled devices including SmartBandTalk (SWR30). It has FM radio, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS with AGPS and GLONASS, DLNA, Miracast, micro USB port and WiFi with hotspot functionality. It isn’t clear whether it has two SIM slot or just one. Also, the international mode of Xperia C4 comes with 4G connectivity but as of now it isn’t clear whether Sony has launched the same model in India or has launched its 3G version.
It measures 150.3 x 77.4 x 7.9 mm and weighs 147 grams.
