Japanese consumer electronics giant Sony will launch three new Android smartphones including a 6.4 inch display based handset, according to a report of Somasoku.
As per the report, the handsets will be launched first in Japan with NTT Docomo. Following its international debut the devices are expected to be made available in other countries including India which has been one of the important markets for Sony.
The first smartphone is purportedly called as Soy Xperia A. Code named as Dogo, it is reportedly features a 4.6 inch HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor and 2 GB RAM. It has 32 GB internal storage, Android Jelly Bean 4.2.1 operating system, a removable battery of 2300 mAh, the report added. Also, the device is waterproof and dustproof just like the recently launched Xperia Z.
The second device is called as the Sony Xperia UL which is reportedly will feature a 5.0 inch full HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 CPU, 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. The device will be running Android Jelly Bean version 4.2.1. The device will also be waterproof and dustproof but will not feature a user replaceable battery pack that has been rated at 2300 mAh.
The biggest among the three upcoming devices will come with a 6.4 inch full HD display. Nothing is much known about this device as of now but it is reportedly codenamed as Togari.
