Sony might be working on two new smartphones if fresh GFXBench listings are to believed. On the benchmark website, alleged Sony handsets with model name F3216 and F3311 were found listed. While Sony F3216 has a 21-megapixel rear camera and 16-megapixel front-facing camera, Sony F3311 has a 13-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front-facing camera, as per the GFXBench listing.
As per the listing on GFXBench, Sony F3216 has a 4.6-inch display that has full HD (1920×1080 pixels) resolution and 5 finger gesture support. Besides as per the listing, it has MediaTek MT6755 (Cortex A53) 1.9 GHz octa-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage out of which 10GB is reserved for the users, Mali T860 GPU and Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. In the listing there is no information about its battery or expandable memory.
Further, the Sony F3216 was listed in the benchmarking website with a 21-megapixel Autofocus camera and an LED flash in its rear panel. There is an 16-megapixel camera in its front for selfies. The GFX listing shows that the device has connectivity features like Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and WiFi. As per the listing, the device has accelerometer, light and proximity Sensors as well.
Sony F3311, on the other hand, has a 4.6-inch display with HD (1280×720 pixels) resolution and 5 finger gesture support as per the listing. It has MediaTek MT6755 (Cortex A53) 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage out of which 11GB is reserved for the users, Mali T720 GPU and Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. Besides, it has 13-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash in its rear panel and 5-megapixel front camera. It has the same connectivity features and sensors as Sony F3216.
We do not have much information on these two Sony phones apart from these two GFX listings. But we’ll surely keep you updated, once more details on this are revealed.
