Sony reveals price of Sony Xperia X Performance

Sony has armed its X series phones with powerful cameras.

Sony announced its X series smartphones under the flagship series, Xperia X, Xperia XA and Xperia X Performance during Mobile World Congress event held earlier this year. While the price of the Xperia X and Xperia XA were revealed by listings on Amazon Germany, price of Xperia X Performance was not revealed at that time. Now, Xperia X Performance will be launched in July and its price has been revealed for France, Italy, Netherlands and Sweden. Sony Xperia X Performance has been priced at EUR 699 (approximately Rs 53,426) and will be available for purchase from early July.

The Sony Xperia X Performance comes in dual and single SIM variants (both slots). It has 2 RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, 200 GB micro SD card slot, Marshmallow operating system, 64 bit MediaTek MT6755 octa core processor, 2300 mAh battery, 5 inch HD display, 13 megapixel rear camera, 8 megapixel front camera, FM radio, and connectivity.

On the other hand, both the Xperia X and XA are armed with 5 inch full HD curved display, 23 megapixel rear camera, 13 megapixel front camera, 3 GB RAM, 200 GB micro SD card slot, and Android Marshmallow operating system. These two 4G devices have DLNA, NFC, 4.2, WiFi, Miracast, and GPS with and AGNSS.

The Sony Xperia X’s single SIM variant has 32 GB of while the dual SIM variant will have 64 GB of internal memory. The 153 grams weighing Xperia X has a 2620 mAh battery that claims to offer 2 days of back up. The Sony Xperia X, which measures 69.4 x 142.7 x 7.9mm, comes in white, graphite black, lime gold and rose gold colours. The Sony Xperia XA also comes in dual and single SIM variants and both of them have 32 GB of internal memory. It has a 2700 mAh battery and it also comes in white, graphite black, lime gold and rose gold colours.
