Sharp has today announced the launch of three smartphones with Sharp Aquos Zero 2 being the first smartphone in the world to feature 120Hz refresh rate. The company has also introduced Sense 3 and Sense 3 Plus smartphones as well. The company has revealed the pricing details of the smartphones.
Sharp Aquos Zero 2
The Sharp Aquos Zero 2 comes in Astro Black and Misty White colour options and it will go on sale in Japan starting from December. This is the first smartphone in the world to feature 240Hz Refresh Rate and it is equipped with a 6.4-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a screen Resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Processor along with Adreno 640 GPU. It is backed by 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. On the camera front, it is equipped with a dual-camera setup with 12.2-megapixel primary lens with f/1.7 aperture, OIS and a 20-megapixel ultra Wide-Angle lens with 125-degree FOV. For the front, it features an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling.
The smartphone is backed by a 3,130mAh battery with Parallel Charging support. It runs on Android 10 and features an in-display fingerprint sensor. On the connectivity front, it supports Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, NFC and USB Type-C port. The phone measures 158 x 74 x 8.8 mm and weighs 143 grams.
Sharp Aquos Sense 3 Plus
The Aquos Sense 3 Plus is backed by a 6-inch Full HD+ IGZO LCD display with a screen resolution of 2220 x 1080 pixels. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor along with Adreno 509 GPU. It is backed by a 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage.
On the camera front, it is backed by a dual-camera setup with 12.2-megapixel primary camera along with a 13.1-megapixel with 123-degree FOV. For the front, there is an 8-megapixel shooter with an f/2.2 aperture. The phone runs on Android 9.0 Pie and it is backed by a 4000mAh battery. On the connectivity front, it supports Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 and dual-SIM. The phone measures 160 x 75 x 8.7 mm and weighs 175 grams.
Sharp Aquos Sense 3
Lastly, the Sharp Aquos Sense 3 features a 5.5-inc Full HD+ IGZO LCD display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor along with Adreno 508 GPU. It is backed by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
The phone is backed by a dual-camera setup with a combination of 12-megapixel primary lens with f/2.0 Aperture and a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens. For the front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie shooter. The phone runs on Android 9.0 Pie and it is backed by a 4000mAh battery. Connectivity options include s Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 and dual-SIM. The phone measures 147 x 70 x 8.9 mm and weighs 167 grams.
