An unannounced Samsung smartphone has been spotted online which is rumored to be another variant of Samsung Galaxy S7. The new phone, which comes with model number SM-G880, has been found on Indian export import website Zauba.
It is expected to be launched as Galaxy S7 Sport because Galaxy S5 Sport comes with the model number SM-G860 and S7 Active, which was recently spotted on GFXBench benchmarking website, comes the model number SM-G891.
Sadly, this Zauba listing says nothing about the features of the so called S7 Sport. But as per the listing the phone has a price tag of Rs 31,876.
To recall, Samsung launched Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge in March this year in India at Rs 48,900 and Rs 56,900 respectively. The Galaxy S7 has a 5.1 inch display while the S7 Edge has a 5.5 inch screen – both offer the same Quad HD resolution. Both the phones come with 12 Megapixel rear camera and 5 megapixel front camera
Besides, Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge have 4 GB RAM, 200 GB micro SD card slot, hybrid dual SIM (the SIM2 slot can be used for micro SD card or the SIM2), and Samsung Exynos Chipset (in the US S7 will come with Snapdragon 820 CPU). The S7 has a 3000 mAh battery while S7 has a 3600 mAh battery. Both the phones come with wireless charging and Quick charging facilities. Ofcourse they have the latest Android Marshmallow operating system.
