Samsung has started the roll out of the Android Jelly Bean upgrade for its Galaxy Note phablet globally. The upgrade can be installed on the Note through the Samsung Kies application or can also be downloaded over-the-air as and when the device gets a notification for the same.
Along with the Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2, Samsung is also providing a host of premium features for the Galaxy Note which includes the popular Multi Window feature.
Also, the upgrade will bring the S Note feature which is a unique tool that lets users combine their notes or sketches with other digital content. Samsung Galaxy Note will also get the ‘Video Pop’ feature and the Paper Artist application – both of which are introduced with the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7100.
Samsung Galaxy Note users will also get the Smart Stay (which allows the screen to awake as long as viewers are looking into it) and the Smart View features that modify the display properties to suit viewers’ angle of view.
The S Note application is also set to come to the Samsung Galaxy Note that allows users to create personalised content for friends or family using various features included in the application. And to top it all up the Galaxy Note N7000 users will now also get the all new Google Now intelligent personal assistant application that apart from answering queries provides results (using web services) on the basis of users’ search history, location etc.
