Samsung has launched a new Galaxy variant called Galaxy Z, which is right now available for pre order in Sweden.
This new phone looks like Galaxy SII, but has slightly lower configuration, for instance, it has only a 5 Megapixel camera (SII has 8 megapixel) though it records HD videos.
It sports a 4.2 inch Super Clear LCD screen (WVGA) along with a 1 GHz (SII has 1.2) dual-core processor. The phone runs on Android 2.3 OS and other features include Wifi, GPS, FM Radio, 8 GB Internal Memory and microSD card slot up to 32 GB.
Samsung India representatives did not comment on the possible India launch. The phone is available for 2995 Krona (Swedish currency) translating into Rs 29,000.
