Samsung was reported to be working on a Quad-HD Resolution trotting limited edition Galaxy S5 Prime. Couple of purported Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime images were shared by PhoneArena. The leaked images suggest that the Galaxy S5 Prime has an aluminum based chassis. Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S5 Prime sometime next month in select markets.
Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S5 Prime is based entirely on the Galaxy S5 smartphone. However, there is no confirmation on the specifications as yet. Rumor mills point that Samsung will pack the new quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 mobile Chipset paired with Adreno 420 GPU for powering the graphics.
Samsung will pack a 5.1-inch Quad HD display sporting 2560×1440 Pixel resolution. Difficult to judge the resolution from the leaked images. The Galaxy S5 Prime is reportedly being prepared to compete with the upcoming LG flagship – G3 sporting Quad-HD resolution display.
