In 2015, Samsung launched Galaxy On7 in India at Rs 10,990. Now, the company seems to be working on its successor. Actually, a Samsung phone with model number SM-G610F has been found on Indian export import website Zauba.
Since the Galaxy On7 (2015) model has SM-G600 as its model number, the new handset is pegged to be the successor of the old On7. Also, since it has been spotted on the Indian import/export website, we are expecting it to be launched in India.
As per the Zauba listing, the Galaxy On7 (2016) has a full HD display, a dual SIM hybrid card slot with support for micro SD card, a 13-megapixel camera on the rear and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. However, the listing does not reveal anything about the memory and storage.
To recall, the older Galaxy On7 has a 5.5 inch display, a 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor, 1.5 GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory, 5 megapixel front camera and a 128 GB micro SD card slot. It has a 3000 mAh battery and a 13 megapixel rear camera.
Besides, the On7 (2015) version has 4G, dual SIM, Bluetooth 4.1, micro USB 2.0 port, WiFi (b/g/n), WiFi Direct, and GPS with GLONASS and Beidou for navigation. It measures 151.8×77.5×8.2 mm and weighs 171 grams.
