Samsung Galaxy Note 9 to launch on August 9 with revamped cameras

The company is planning to hold an ‘Unpacked’ event, which will be held in New York on the said date. The report further highlights that the camera will the be the major highlight of the upcoming device. Users will get updated Qualcomm processor, though it is meant for certain markets only.

Samsung is all set to launch its latest flagship device, the Galaxy Note 9 at an event, which is scheduled to take place on August 9. The brand is also planning to revamp the cameras on the latest Galaxy Note 9 smartphone as well.

According to a report by Bloomberg,the company is planning to hold an ‘Unpacked’ event, which will be held in New York on the said date. The report further highlights that the camera will the be the major highlight of the upcoming device. The report further adds that the smartphone will feature a similar design language, which we have seen in the Galaxy Note 8. Users will get updated Qualcomm processor, though it is meant for certain markets only, while the rest of them will get Exynos variant.

Recently it was reported that the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 one variant will come with 8GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. However, earlier rumours have revealed that the Note 9 will come with 6GB RAM and 64/128/256GB internal storage options.

As per earlier reports, the Galaxy Note 9 will sport a large 6.4-inch display with Samsung’s popular infinity display and a screen of 412×846 pixels. It is also rumoured to feature a larger battery and support Bixby 2.0. Reports say that Galaxy Note 9 will have either a 3,850 or 4,000mAh battery. In either case, it will be a larger battery than the Galaxy Note 8 with a 3,300mAh battery.
