Samsung Galaxy Note 9 pre-order starts at Rs 67,900 in India

The starting Rs 67,900 price tag is for the 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage variant of the Galaxy Note 9. Samsung will also be selling the 8GB/512GB version of the Note 9 for an asking price of Rs 84,900 in India. As of this moment, pre-orders for the Galaxy device have gone live and will be up till August 21.

Samsung introduced its second flagship of the year in the form of the Galaxy Note 9 at a New York event last night. Today, the South Korean company has listed the device for preorders in India starting at Rs 67,900 for the base version of the Note 9.

The starting Rs 67,900 price tag is for the 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage variant of the Galaxy Note 9. Samsung will also be selling the 8GB/512GB version of the Note 9 for an asking price of Rs 84,900 in India. As of this moment, pre-orders for the Galaxy device have gone live and will be up till August 21, indicating that the Note 9 might go on sale on August 22.

Customers who are pre-booking the Galaxy Note 9 will also get a chance to buy Samsung’s Gear Sport smartwatch for a discounted price of Rs 4,999 instead of the original price of Rs 22,990. Let us remind you that this isn’t the same wearable that was announced alongside the Note 9. The latest Samsung smartwatch is named as the Galaxy Watch and is powered by for standalone cellular connectivity.

The Galaxy Note 9 will come to India through Amazon, Flipkart and offline retailers as well. Buyers of the device will be able to redeem a Rs 6,000 cashback when using their HDFC Bank cards. Interested customers will also be able to apply for no-cost options on credit cards and Bajaj FinServ. Buying the device from Paytm Mall will also provide you with a Rs 6,000 cashback. Samsung is offering an upgrade bonus of Rs 6,000 on exchanging your old device with the Galaxy Note 9, which will be treated as an additional discount on top the phone’s exchange value.

Meanwhile, Airtel has also announced that the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (128 GB) is available on its Online Store at a down payment of just Rs 7,900. The down payment of Rs 7,900 will include 24 monthly EMIs of Rs 2,999 each which includes 100 GB high speed data per month, unlimited calling and bundled content like 1 year Amazon Prime membership and free subscription to Airtel TV and Wynk Music as well as Airtel Secure device protection.

Customers can pre-order the smartphone on the Airtel Online Store starting August 11, 2018 and Airtel will begin the delivery of the device starting August 22, 2018. Samsung Note 9 (128 GB) is available in Midnight Black, Ocean Blue and Metallic Copper colour options on Airtel Online Store.

In case you missed it, the Galaxy Note 9 comes loaded with a 6.4-inch QHD+ Super with a resolution of 2960 x 1440 pixels and 516ppi pixel density. The smartphone is powered by the company’s in-house Exynos 9810 SoC and comes in two memory configurations: 6GB of RAM with 128GB storage option and 8GB of RAM with 512GB of internal storage. The phone is powered by 8.1 Oreo.

The Note 9 has a dual-camera setup(12-megapixel + 12-megapixel). On, the front it has an 8-megapixel shooter. There’s a 4000mAh battery that supports as well as wireless charging and the whole phone is water and dust resistant. Additional features include an iris scanner, fingerprint sensor, face unlock, a new S Pen and improved Samsung DeX support.
