Samsung Galaxy Note 8 now available at a discount of Rs 10,000 but for a limited time

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 was launched last year in India at Rs 67,900. It comes in Orchid Gray, Midnight Black and Mapple Gold colour options.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 which was launched last year at Rs 67,900 is now available with a discount of Rs 10,000. After the discount, Galaxy Note 8 will now cost you Rs 49,900. The new price has been announced by Mahesh Telecom, a Mumbai-based mobile phone retailer. The retailer announced the price cut via its social media platforms (Facebook and Twitter).

As per the retailer, Galaxy Note 8 has got a price drop of Rs 7,100 and now can be bought at Rs 59,900. However, if you buy the smartphone from Paytm, you will get a cashback of Rs 10,000. So the Note 8 will cost you Rs 49,900. Notably, the price cut is valid only for a limited time as the offer is valid only until 31st May.

Samsung recently started rolling out rolling Android 8.0 Oreo for the Galaxy Note 8, in India. This is the first Samsung device to come equipped with a dual-camera setup. The phone sports a combination of 12-megapixel wide-angle lens and 12-megapixel telephoto lens, with both sporting optical image stabilization (OIS). The wide-angle lens comes with f/1.7, 1.4-micron pixel size, 77-degree field of view.

The telephoto lens comes loaded with aperture f/2.4, 2x optical zoom, up to 10x digital zoom. The camera is equipped with different modes including Live focus, food mode, pro mode, panorama and slow motion. For the front, there is an 8-megapixel shooter with autofocus, f/1.7 aperture and wide-angle lens.
