Samsung’s upcoming flagship, Galaxy Note 7 has been in the news for quite some time now. Earlier, Evan Blass (@evleaks) claimed that the device could be launched this August. Now SamMobile has sort of confirmed that stating that the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will be unveiled on August 2.
The leaked image seems to be an invite to be sent to the press, or a possible design layout for promotions by the company to be released for public. As per SamMobile, Samsung might unveil either the Galaxy Note7 or Galaxy Note 7 Edge. The image has the number 7 with the tagline “The next EDGE is just around the cornerâ€. The tagline suggests that it could be the Galaxy Note 7 edge.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 7, which earlier was expected to be launched as Note 6, will come with an Iris scanner. It is likely to have a 5.8-inch display, 12-megapixel rear camera with IR autofocus, 6 GB RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, 4000 mAh battery, and Exynos 8890 and/or Snapdragon 823 chipset. It is expected to have Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 operating system. It is likely to be water and dust resistant as well.
