Every year, Samsung introduces its Galaxy Note series model with a new feature that pushes the competition by a notch. This time the Korean company is reported to be working on Galaxy Note 4. SamMobile reported that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will feature AMOLED Quad-HD display and will feature 16 Megapixel Sony Image sensor.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 with model number N910 can be expected to be announced around the late September time frame, as Samsung did with the previous Note models. The new Galaxy Note 4 will bump the Resolution of the Super AMOLED plus display to Quad HD (2560×1440 pixel).
This large Quad HD display will be powered with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 mobile Chipset that will bring 4G LTE support powered by Intel XMM7260 Cat 6 modem. Obviously we expect this large screen device to feature with 3 GB RAM or more. The same Galaxy Note 4 model will be introduced with the octa-core Samsung Exynos 5433 mobile chipset as part of the International Edition.
Samsung is said to have used Sony IMX240 image sensor to power its 16 megapixel camera that also comes with Optical Image Stabilization. However, there is no confirmation on this sensor. Obviously we will get to see improved 4K resolution video recording. No clarity on whether Samsung will introduce a new design for the Note 4 or will use the same perforated back just like in Samsung Galaxy S5.
