Having already gone on pre-registrations in India, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 has now been listed on Flipkart in India. A new microsite has been created for the upcoming device which highlights the August 8 date of the Indian launch.
Flipkart has uploaded a short clip to tease the Galaxy Note 10 on its e-commerce site. The webpage reveals the Galaxy Unpacked event date as August 8 which will be the India-centric launch, compared to the August 7 global launch of the Note 10 series. The latest teaser also hints that Flipkart will be either be selling the Galaxy Note 10 series devices exclusively in India or will be one of the online partners during the launch.
Besides that, TechManiacs has shared new information that the Galaxy Note 10 will come with a 6.3-inch AMOLED display which will feature a 60Hz refresh rate. Twitter tipster Evan Blasshas hinted that the device will feature a 3,600mAh battery with 45W charging support and 25W charge charging for reverse wireless charging.
The larger Note 10 Plus will feature a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with HDR10+ support. It will come with a 4,300mAh battery and 45W Fast charging as well. Blass has also mentioned that the regular Note 10 smartphone won’t feature a microSD slot. It’s unclear whether the Note 10 Plus will come with expandable storage.
Blass has also stressed that both Galaxy Note devices will be powered by theSnapdragon 855 Plus processor which was only announced earlier this month, albiet it’s a little too late to expect it. However, for the Indian and global market, the Note 10 series will be powered by Samsung’s ownExynos 9825 SoC, as has been revealed by another tipster Steve H.McFly.
McFly has also disclosed the camera configuration of the Note 10 and Note 10 Plus. The Plus variant will equip a quad-camera setup consisting of a12MP Wide, 16MP Ultra Wide, 12MP Zoom and DepthVison ToF Sensors at the back. The standard Note 10 will let go of theDepthVison ToF lens and will utilise a12MP Wide + 16MP Ultra Wide + 12MP Zoom at the back.
The phones will come with a new S Pen which will come with new functionalities. The stylus is expected to come with the ability to flip images in Gallery similar to the scrolling through webpages by hovering over the screen.
Another rumour suggests that the Galaxy Note 10 will come with a Night mode for selfies. Considering that Samsung is opting to add a Night Mode on the front camera, it’s highly likely that the upcoming Note lineup will feature the low-light enhancement on rear cameras as well.
While both the Note 10 and Note 10 Plus models will come in White and Black coloured variants, the former will also arrive in Red colour. Another rumour suggests that the Plus models will feature 12GB RAM and 256GB.
