Samsung is all set to launch the successor of Galaxy M30 smartphone in India, which is named as Samsung Galaxy M30s. The company will be launching its upcoming Galaxy M30s smartphone in India on September 18th, 12 Noon. The smartphone will be exclusively made available through Amazon as the e-commerce platform has made the microsite with notify option live.
As per microsite, the Galaxy M30s will have a powerful 6000mAh battery and it will sport a triple rear camera setup. As per teaser images, the smartphone will have a waterdrop-style notch design with sAMOLED display and will house a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Further, the company has also thrown a hint on the primary camera sensor. It reads “6000mAh of Pics with _8 MP triple camera”, which likely will be the 48-megapixel primary sensor.
As of now, all other details are under wrap. However, as per previous listings and leaks, the upcoming Galaxy M30s smartphone will have 6.4-inch FHD+ display with 2400 x 1080 pixel resolution and will have in two storage options 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB with 128GB storage. The smartphone will run on Android 9 Pie out of the box and rumoured to be powered by a 1.74GHz octa-core Exynos 9610 processor.
The Galaxy M30s will house a triple rear camera setup with 48-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.0 aperture, a 5-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.2 Aperture and an 8-megapixel f/2.2 ultra-wide sensor along with LED flash. On the front, the Galaxy M30s will have a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture. We smartphone will come with all standard connectivity options. Moreover, as per reports, the smartphone is said to be priced between Rs 15,000-Rs 20,000.
Just to refresh, Samsung Galaxy M30 was launched in India earlier this year in two variants – 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage. It features a 6.38-inch Full HD+ infinity-V display with a screen resolution of 2220 x 1080 pixels and comes equipped with 1.8GHz octa-core Samsung Exynos 7904 processor. The phone also comes with an option to expand the storage up to 512GB via micro SD card.
For the optics, it has triple rear camera setup with 13-megapixel as a primary sensor with f/1.9 aperture, a 5-megapixel secondary shooter with f/2.2 aperture and a 5-megapixel third sensor with f/2.2 aperture. For the front, it has 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The device runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with Samsung Experience 9.5 and comes packed with 5000mAh battery with fast charging. Connectivity options for the device includes Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type C, 3.5mm Audio Jack and FM Radio.
